Sharks and Minnows

For this variation I have the all wrestlers on their knees.  Start with 1, 2 or 3 sharks in the middle.  The minnows run (on their knees) from one side of the mat to the other.  The sharks must pancake the minnows to their back to "kill" them.  Once killed, minnows now become sharks.  

Bear Tackle

For this game I have partners line up on opposite sides of the 10 foot circle.  Each person has their hands on the mat inside the circle and their feet outside the circle.  When I say "wrestle"  the attacker needs to circle around until the get close enough to their opponent to tackle them.  They can go in either direction and change whenever they want.  If either wrestler falls to a hip they instantly lose.

Dragon Tails

Have wrestlers take off shirt and tuck it in their shorts. You can use towels or other items if you don't want their shirts to come off.  I have the wrestlers go against a partner in a 10 foot circle.  The goal is to pull the tail off of the dragon.  If a wrestler goes out of the circle they lose.
